Robust Router for Railway and Automotive Applications

RAR4000 is a compact, rugged router designed specifically for use in rail and automotive environments, providing secure data communication for vehicles and infrastructure in the railway sector.

It relies on LTE cellular communications, high-precision GPS, and an integrated managed Gigabit Ethernet switch, with optional upgrades including 5G, WiFi 6, and redundant power/communication systems. Unlike our mobile edge computers, RAR4000 consistently focuses on its core function as a data router and switch.

Since 2014, over 5,000 units have been deployed across Europe and Australia in buses, trams, and trains.
